The RoleHelp collect high-quality, immersive video data for next-generation AI systems. In this role, you'll record yourself performing natural, everyday activities across indoor, outdoor, and vehicle environments using a compatible 360° or wide-angle action camera. Your recordings will help train AI systems to better understand real-world environments, human movement, and everyday activities. No prior experience in AI is required — your ability to capture high-quality, specification-compliant video is what matters. Collection may include third-person recordings of everyday activities, walking and movement through different environments, as well as vehicle navigation and driving-related tasks.

What You’ll Own Capture high-quality video of yourself performing natural, everyday activities across a variety of indoor, outdoor, and vehicle environments. Use a compatible 360° or action camera with a minimum 170° field of view and 720p recording resolution. Set up and position the camera above and behind you, angled slightly downward, to maintain a consistent third-person perspective with your full body visible. Follow detailed recording instructions for camera placement, framing, environment, activity, and video quality. Record continuous clips of at least 60 seconds while keeping the relevant activity and surrounding environment consistently visible. Securely mount the camera when completing vehicle navigation or driving-related recording tasks. Review recordings before submission to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards. Follow all project instructions and safety requirements while recording in different real-world environments.

Camera RequirementsYou must already own or have access to a compatible camera that meets the following minimum requirements:

Minimum 170° field of view.Minimum recording resolution of 720p. Compatible 360° or wide-angle action camera capable of capturing the required third-person perspective. Compatible examples include:

Insta360 X3, X4, X5, or X6.DJI Osmo 360.

GoPro MAX or MAX2.Other 360° or action cameras that meet the minimum 170° FOV and 720p requirements.

Mounting EquipmentYou do not need to already own the required mounting equipment to apply. Depending on the assigned task, you may need: A rigid backpack, harness, or similar third-person mounting rig with an extension arm or pole. A secure vehicle camera mount for vehicle navigation recordings. Already owning compatible mounting equipment is a plus and may allow you to begin collecting sooner. Reasonable equipment costs for required mounting hardware may be reimbursed.
