AI Eval HQ (aievalhq.com) is a free job board and email alert service for paid AI training work. It is run by [OPERATOR NAME]. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• When you sign up: your email address and main field.
• If you add details: other fields you're interested in, your specialty, years of experience, a profile link (such as LinkedIn), your minimum hourly rate, how often you want emails, and your phone number.
• SMS consent: if you tick the SMS box, we record that you agreed and when. We don't send text messages yet.
• Automatically: your time zone (so emails arrive in your morning), the page you signed up from, and your IP address for a short time to block spam signups.
• When you click "Apply": which role you clicked, when, the page you came from, your browser type, and, if the click came from one of our emails, which subscriber it was.
• Site analytics: we use Plausible, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.

How we use it

• To send the job alerts you asked for, matched to your field and rate.
• To confirm your email address and keep the list free of spam signups.
• To understand which roles and platforms people apply to. We may share totals (for example, "500 clicks to Platform X this month") with hiring platforms. We don't share your name, email or phone number with them.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for ads.

Who processes it for us

We use a few service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Plausible (analytics) and, once we start sending texts, Twilio (SMS). They handle data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your subscriber details while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you right away and keep only your email address and unsubscribe date, so we don't email you again by mistake. Click logs are kept for up to 24 months.

Your choices

• Every email has a link to your preferences, where you can change your details, pause, or unsubscribe in one click.
• To see, correct or delete everything we hold about you, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children

The service is for working professionals and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell subscribers by email.
