We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation tasks that teach AI systems to be smarter, more accurate, and more helpful. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye and a commitment to quality. No technical or AI background required — just the ability to follow detailed guidelines and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
