Job Summarymicro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage data scientists and quantitative professionals from top companies for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning to evaluate and improve how AI models solve complex data science problems.
Scope of Work Evaluate AI-generated outputs on data science, statistics, machine learning, and quantitative reasoning problems. Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions that challenge and assess advanced AI capabilities. Identify flawed methodologies, statistical errors, incorrect assumptions, and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning. Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability on technical data science tasks.
Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working at a top company in technology, finance, research, or a related quantitative field, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.
Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.Based in an English-speaking country. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical, statistical, and quantitative concepts.
Compensation StructureCompensation is hourly, with experts paid for approved hours worked in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
