About the RoleWe're looking for individuals who can engage in authentic, natural, and emotionally rich
five-minute video conversationswith other participants. This should feel like meeting someone new and getting to know them better. Examples on how the conversation may flow:
"What's something that you've been excited about lately?""Tell me about a place you'd love to visit?" "What are some hobbies you've picked up recently?" This is a fully
remote, freelanceposition that offers complete flexibility in when and how much you work. We are looking for participants based in the United States and Canada. Note: You will need a laptop or desktop computer to complete the application
About You Fluent in English, with clear speech and strong conversational skills Comfortable speaking confidently on camera and engaging with new people Able to maintain good lighting, stable framing, and clear audio throughout recordings Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow project guidelines carefully
Compensation
Additional performance-based incentives may be availableResponsibilities Participate in recorded five-minute video conversations with another participant Engage naturally by listening, reacting, and responding with genuine interest Maintain clear video and audio quality throughout each session
Technical Requirements Camera capable of recording at 720p or higher with a minimum of 30 FPS Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported) External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio
