About Babel AudioBabel Audio works with some of the biggest technology companies in the world and thousands of participants globally to collect the audio data that will train the next generation of AI models.
About the RoleWe’re looking for thoughtful and expressive individuals who can engage in authentic, natural, and emotionally rich video conversations with other participants. Each session will last five minutes and focus on meaningful get-to-know-you topics that capture genuine human connection and conversational flow. In this role, you’ll be expected to bring warmth and presence to each exchange by listening actively, responding with curiosity, and expressing emotion naturally through your tone, facial reactions, and gestures. The goal is to create interactions that feel spontaneous and real, as if two people were meeting for the first time and connecting through open, honest dialogue. This is a fully
remote, freelanceposition that offers complete flexibility in when and how much you work.
About You Fluent in English, with clear speech and strong conversational skills Comfortable speaking confidently on camera and engaging with new people Able to maintain good lighting, stable framing, and clear audio throughout recordings Attentive, curious, and capable of expressing genuine warmth and emotion on video Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow project guidelines carefully
Compensation

Technical Requirements Camera capable of recording at 720p or higher with a minimum of 30 FPS Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported) External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio
