Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) About The Role Identity is at the heart of modern enterprise security — and AI needs to understand it deeply. We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build models that genuinely reason about IAM risk, and we need experienced practitioners to make that happen. If you've spent time in the trenches of identity and access management — diagnosing misconfigurations, reviewing privilege structures, or hardening zero-trust architectures — your expertise can directly shape how the next generation of AI understands enterprise security. Organization: AlignerrType: Hourly ContractLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and failure pointsClassify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilitiesReview zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and riskGenerate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systemsProvide structured, expert-level feedback that helps AI reason accurately about IAM risk Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platformsSolid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processesFamiliarity with how identity failures occur in real environments and how attackers exploit themClear written communication skills — you can explain complex access control concepts conciselySelf-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or CyberArkExposure to cloud identity, federated authentication, or privileged access management (PAM)Background in security engineering, penetration testing, or compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001)Familiarity with AI or data labeling workflows Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs and directly influence frontier AI modelsFully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, from anywhereFreelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaborationMake a meaningful contribution to AI that reasons correctly about real-world securityPotential for ongoing work and contract extension
