Job Summarymicro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage finance professionals with experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and growth equity. In this role, you'll apply your financial expertise to evaluate and improve how AI models handle financial reasoning, valuation, financial markets, and real-world investment scenarios.

Scope of Work Evaluate AI model outputs related to valuation, financial modeling, financial markets, and investment analysis. Create expert-level prompts and reference answers grounded in real-world transaction and investment experience. Identify errors, weak reasoning, unrealistic assumptions, and analytical gaps in AI-generated responses. Provide detailed domain-specific feedback to directly improve AI model performance and financial reasoning capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience at a well-known financial institution or legitimate startup in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or growth equity, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.

Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.Based in an English-speaking country. Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts and reasoning.

Compensation StructureCompensation is hourly, with experts paid for approved hours worked in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
