Job Summarymicro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage former management consultants for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. In this role, you'll apply your consulting toolkit, structured problem-solving skills, business analysis expertise, and strong written communication to evaluate how AI models reason through complex business problems and help improve their performance to an expert level.
Scope of Work Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems. Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback to assess and improve AI performance. Apply structured consulting frameworks to evaluate reasoning quality, identify gaps, and assess the strength of proposed solutions. Collaborate with the project team and adapt deliverables as project guidelines and evaluation criteria evolve.
Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience at a top management consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or a similar firm, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.
Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.Based in an English-speaking country. Excellent written English with strong analytical and communication skills.
Compensation StructureCompensation is hourly, with experts paid for approved hours worked in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
