Role Title: Management Consultant Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote About the Role micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to bring on former management consultants for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. You'll apply your consulting toolkit, structured problem solving, business analysis, and sharp written communication, to evaluate how AI models reason through complex business problems and help raise their performance to expert level. Scope of WorkEvaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problemsWrite high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedbackApply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gapsWork with the project team as guidelines evolve Preferred QualificationsAt least one year of experience working at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or similar), with at least part of this experience within the past 7 yearsUndergraduate degree from a top-ranked universityBased in an English-speaking countryExcellent written English
