Medical AI Trainer Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians & Pharmacists
Remote | Contract / Project-Based | $40–$125 per hourParo is seeking experienced licensed clinicians for remote, project-based AI training opportunities. This work allows healthcare professionals to apply their clinical expertise and judgment to evaluate and improve how advanced AI models handle realistic clinical scenarios and documentation. This is not a traditional patient-care position. You’ll use your professional experience to develop realistic clinical tasks, review AI-generated work, identify errors or safety concerns, and evaluate responses against professional clinical standards. What You’ll Do Develop realistic clinical tasks based on professional practice and day-to-day clinical workflows. Create constructed or de-identified supporting materials such as patient histories, exam findings, labs, imaging reports, medication lists, and prior notes. Evaluate AI-generated assessments, plans, medication reconciliations, summaries, protocols, and patient-facing materials. Review clinical reasoning and identify unsupported or incomplete conclusions. Compare AI-generated responses and document where each succeeds or falls short. Develop detailed grading criteria defining what a clinically appropriate response should include. Identify issues such as missed contraindications or drug interactions, incomplete differentials, overlooked red flags, inappropriate treatment recommendations, fabricated information, or unsafe communication. Apply professional judgment across your clinical specialty and related healthcare settings. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of current or recent hands-on clinical practice preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher completed or in progress.Active or recent professional clinical licensure.
