ExpertCrowd is building a network of legal operations professionals to support AI training and evaluation projects. Apply your practical experience running litigation, transactional, contracts, and privacy workflows to help improve how AI systems handle the detailed, deadline-driven work that keeps legal matters moving. This work calls for people who have done it themselves, not only overseen or advised on it. About the work: Our Client builds realistic simulations of enterprise work to train and evaluate AI systems. Each simulation is a task packet: a request phrased the way a colleague would ask it, a shared drive of files (exports, policies, emails, forms, scans) and an answer key. Experts do Review (read packets, flag what is unrealistic, confirm or dispute the answer key) and, for some roles, Creation (write new tasks from their own experience: the request, the files and the answer key, using Patronus's template and guidance). All material is synthetic. No expert sees or provides real customer, patient or client data. What they will review or create: Scoping and fulfilling access, deletion and correction requests across several systems, routing to the correct controller or processor from a data map, response letters within statutory deadlines.
