About the role
Use your radiologic technology experience to train AI models on imaging decisions and radiation safety. AfterQuery is seeking ARRT-certified technologists to author and review the imaging scenarios used to evaluate AI reasoning. Put clinical judgment into clear examples Write realistic cases covering patient positioning, technique selection, and safety decisions. Explain the rationale for each protocol choice in a reference answer. Review model output for technical accuracy and radiation safety, flagging advice that could lead to repeat exposure or an unsafe study. Required credentials and experience ARRT certification and an active state license where required.
At least 2 years of clinical imaging experience.Strong knowledge of positioning, technique selection, and radiation safety. Clear written English for documenting imaging protocols and the reasoning another technologist would need to follow. Availability for at least 10 hours per week. Preferred experience Advanced certification in CT, MRI, or mammography; trauma, operating room, or interventional radiology experience; or experience teaching students and new technologists. Contract terms Fully remote, asynchronous work with flexible scheduling, approximately 10 hours per week. Start ASAP with ongoing project assignments. Compensation is $60–$80 per hour, paid through Stripe. This is an independent contractor position. AfterQuery builds expert data that frontier AI labs use to evaluate and improve their models.
