Job Summarymicro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage senior software engineers from top technology companies for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. In this role, you'll apply your engineering expertise to evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging software engineering problems, and help improve model performance on real-world technical tasks.
Scope of Work Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, code quality, maintainability, and overall design. Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and comprehensive test cases that assess advanced engineering capabilities. Review AI model reasoning across software architecture, debugging, system design, and technical problem-solving scenarios. Provide detailed technical feedback and actionable recommendations to improve AI model performance on complex software engineering tasks.
Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.
Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.Based in an English-speaking country. Strong ability to explain technical decisions, engineering tradeoffs, and reasoning clearly in written English.
Compensation StructureCompensation is hourly, with experts paid for approved hours worked in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
