What You’ll Work OnDevelop and debug frontend and backend componentsBuild and review APIs, services, databases, and user facing featuresWork in unfamiliar codebases and understand existing architectureReview and improve code across multiple programming languagesEvaluate AI generated solutions for correctness, performance, and maintainability RequirementsStrong production experience across both frontend and backend developmentExperience with multiple programming languages and technologiesStrong debugging and problem solving skillsAbility to work effectively in unfamiliar codebasesStrong GitHub profile or meaningful open source contributions Preferred Technical BackgroundExperience with C++, JavaScript, Java, Go/Golang, Python, Rust, or TypeScript.Ideally, candidates should have experience across 2–3 frontend and 2–3 backend technologies, though some variation is fine if the overall technical background is strong.
